As many of you will already be aware, there has been a rise in positive cases of COVID-19 in our Community. We request all members to be extra vigilant and to try to avoid contact with fellow Community members outside your households.

If you have come in contact with someone who tested positive, please ensure you maintain the self-isolation guidelines from the NHS:

If you are experiencing symptoms or who have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please ensure you get a test done:

For those who have tested positive, please ensure:
- You inform those who you have recently been in close contact with to protect them
- You inform your GP accordingly

For those showing symptoms, we recommend having the following items at home to monitor progress:
- Thermometer
- Oximeter (particularly useful for those struggling to breathe)
