Birmingham Chamber of Commerce have teamed up with Aston University’s Diversity Innovation Support Scheme for SMEs (DINNOS) to offer Greater Birmingham businesses free leadership and cognitive training designed to upskill managers, boost innovation and help you gain a competitive edge in this challenging environment.

DINNOS offers the opportunity for you to receive over 5 hours of free, digitally-delivered leadership training, covering topics including leadership styles, psychological needs and implementation challenges.

Get 180 degree feedback on your leadership to help you improve your skills and ensure that you’re harnessing the full potential of everyone in your team.

Others in your business will also have the opportunity to receive 8 weeks of free, online cognitive training to improve skills including executive functions, memory, logical reasoning and creativity.

Eligibility Criteria

 

Participating businesses must have 10-249 individuals.

Eligible leaders and managers must be part of the business’s senior management team.

For training purposes, they will be required to nominate at least 3 direct reports to provide 180° feedback on their leadership. These individuals must be separate to those participating in the cognitive training.
