Hope this message finds you all in good health and spirits.

As per the mandate passed on 9th February 2020, we have begun the process of design for a Multipurpose Sports Hall. Part of this process includes stakeholder engagement. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic it is not possible to hold face-to-face engagements. We decided that without knowing what the future holds it would be better to start the engagement through the use of an online survey. We did not release this earlier as it seemed inappropriate considering the effects of Covid-19 but now we see that some semblance of normal life has started to resume we feel it is appropriate to start this important process.
