Dear Members

Salaamun Alaykum

Following the correspondence from the Executive Committee on the 13th June advertising the position of Building Committee chair, the EC had received an expression of interest from 4 potential candidates for post of the Chair of the Building Committee.

At the EC meeting held on 20th July 2022, each candidate had the opportunity to present their case to the Executive Committee members outlining their plan and vision for the delivery of our project.

After carefully considering and deliberating each candidates presentation, the Executive Committee would like to inform the members that Dr Rizwan Alidina has been chosen as the interim chair of the Building Committee until the next AGM when the position will be up for election.

The Executive Committee would sincerely like to thank all the candidates for coming forth and sharing their passion in serving the community.
