▪️ Position of Building Committee Chair
Following Brother Shaheed Fazal's speech to the Community on the Wiladat of our 8th Holy Imam (as) on 11th June 2022, the Executive Committee hereby invites all members interested in applying for the Chair of the Building Committee to submit their names for the attention of our Secretary General Sister Ismat A. Ramji via secretariat@ksmnet.org by Sunday 03rd July 2022 at 10.00pm.
The EC is required to fill this position and nominate an individual within 28 days as per clause 16.2 of the Constitution which states as follows:
Should an Executive Committee member resign or otherwise vacate office during the term, the remaining Executive Committee members shall advertise the position to members and shall nominate a candidate to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee member shall be replaced within twenty-eight (28) days of the resignation. The nominated person should meet the eligibility criteria and shall hold office up to the next annual general meeting at which the Executive Committee member shall have to retire but will be eligible for re- election. All Members shall be notified of the new Executive Committee member within twenty-eight (28) days of the appointment.
