🕙 AGM / ELECTIONS 2022
Salaamun Alaykum
Mo'mineen are advised to kindly note the below with regards to the upcoming AGM and Elections this Sunday 27th March 2022.
▪️ AGM will commence at 10.00am. Members are required to sign the attendance register as you enter. All are requested to attend on time.
▪️Voting for the position of the President will open at 10.30am and close at 1.45pm.
▪️Voting for the new Executive Committee, Chair of Education Board and Electoral Commissioner will take place soon after the Presidential Election results have been announced (Approx 2.30pm)
▪️ Polling Stations for Gents and Ladies have been allocated in the Ladies transition hall. Please use the Ladies transition Hall entrance for voting only.
▪️All are requested to park your cars in the main compound and prospect place car parks ensuring you are not blocking another car.
▪️There will be no hard/printed copies of the previous minutes or acconts available on the day. You're all requested to bring your own copies if you need to refer to them.
▪️There will be a break in the AGM for Zohr Salaah and lunch will be served.
▪️Mo'mineen are reminded that the clocks go forward by an hour on Sunday to British Summer Time.
