It is highly encouraged to write Arizas [a letter to the Imam of our time (aj)]
Please find attached below link which has a downloadable version of Ariza template.
Mo'mineen can download, print and use this for writing their Arizas. Please note that Arizas can also be written on any plain paper and can then be burried in the ground.

Ariza papers will also be available during the A'maal programme on Friday night.
A small ceremony will take place on Saturday 19th March after Fajr Insha Allah. Those who would like their Arizas to be included in this ceremony are requested to drop off their Arizas in the designated boxes in the Ladies and Gents halls after the programme.
For those who are unable to attend the programme on Friday night, the following provision has been made.
You can drop off your Ariza during the day time on Friday after 10.00am and until the programme ends. A drop off box will be available under the canopy by the Babul Husayn (sa) entrance to the Imambargah.
