Salaamun Alaykum

The Ayyame Fatimiyya Majalis will commence from tomorrow 04th January, at our centre at 8.00pm.

Mo'mineen are advised that due to the increase in the number of Covid cases, we will be accommodating a limited number of attendees onsite.

The Majalis will also be relayed online.

Registration is Mandatory for all those who would like to attend the programmes. This is open for both Ladies and Gents.

The registration for each programme will close once the quota has reached or one hour before the programme commences.

The doors to the halls will open 15 mins before the programme commences.

If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel the registration via the email confirmation. Click (View & manage your order) at the bottom of the form.

Requirements:
▪️ Bring a Carrier bag for shoes
▪️ Masks MUST be worn at all times and in the correct manner.
▪️ Social distancing to be maintained at all times
▪️ Temperature will be taken by the Covid Marshalls at the entrance
▪️ After the programme you must leave the compound straight away
▪️ No waiting or crowding in the car park
▪️ Please follow the instructions given by the Covid Marshalls
▪️ Should you experience any Covid symptoms after registration, please do not attend.
▪️If you are exempt from wearing a mask or are unable to wear one, please join the programme online, so as to not put others at risk.

Mom'mineen with illness and vulnerable are advised to take due precautions about attending.

Those who are unable to follow the covid rules or those who have not registered may be asked to go home in view of safety and spaces.

Recommendations for those attending
▪️ Conduct lateral flows tests before attending on the day of the majlis, and record the results on the NHS app as we may require evidence of a negative test in case of contact tracing.
▪️ Ensure you have been fully vaccinated including the booster dose.

All are kindly requested to cooperate with the Covid Marshalls.
