It was with immense sadness that we have received the news that His Eminence Ayatollah Hassan HassanZadeh Amoli passed away yesterday in Iran, at the age of 93 years.

Ayatollah  HassanZadeh Amoli was a philosopher in Islamic philosophy and mysticism. He was also skilled in jurisprudence, poetry, traditional medicine, mathematics, and astronomy. He has published works in fields such as philosophy, jurisprudence, mysticism, astronomy, and other sciences.

His demise is a huge loss to the Shi'i community worldwide and we convey our sincere condolences to the Imam of the time, Imam Mahdi (ajtfs), to the family and to loved ones of his Eminence. May Allah (swt) elevate his station in the proximity of His chosen ones, Ameen.
