An investor who has recently migrated to Birmingham has approached the Economic Upliftment committee and is looking at investing in smaller businesses requiring cash investment of GBP 100,000 to GBP 200,000 – with a possibility of bank borrowing if needed. More funding could be made available for suitable projects.
