The Fundraising and Communications team supports income generation for Birmingham Settlement and works to raise the profile of the charity by creating strong brand awareness. The Operations Support Officer will provide administrative assistance to the team including supporting the implementation of new systems. Its function straddles fundraising, marketing, retail and volunteering in order to ensure Birmingham Settlement achieves its charitable objectives.
