The AYC would like to invite you all to our first nationwide event on Sunday 3rd April concentrating on one of the most important decisions a person will ever face in their lives; CHOOSING A LIFE PARTNER!
The programme for the day is as follows:

Normally marriage seminars are aimed at the 18-30yr old age bracket but this one has a unique twist in that it involves a much wider age group INCLUDING the parents of those youth who want to get married.
The programme for the day is as follows;
3.00pm: Registration
3.15pm: Qur'an Recitation
3.30pm: Introduction
3.45pm: Individual breakout sessions
5.15pm: Snack Break
5.45pm: Final round up session with Abbas Merali
7.00pm: Dinner

It is very important that the registrant chooses which breakout session they would like to attend and marks it on the registration form, which can be found on www.coej.org or www.ksmnet.org
The details for each breakout session is as follows;
Forever 21 : This strand focuses on teenagers and those who aren't necessarily looking to get married yet. It attempts to explore the meaning of relationships in Islam, the role of marriage in society and one's faith and how to overcome peer pressure prevalent in our societies.
An Arrangement Of Love: This strand focuses on those who are ready for marriage and will attempt to question issues present when going through the experience of looking for a suitable partner.
'I Do' : This strand focuses on those preparing to get married and the first years of marriage. It involves issues such as how to manage the stress of wedding planning, preparing oneself for marriage as well as the realities and challenges of life after marriage.
'The Parent Trap' : This strand looks at issues associated with starting a family and the challenges couples may face.
'In Laws R US' : This strand focuses on parents who have children thinking about getting married. It aims to discuss how to help your child/children through this process as well as other pertinent issues.
We would request one and all to attend this seminar which is open for those from the age of 13yrs right up to 101yrs old, for one can never be too old to seek knowledge.The programme for the day is as follows:
