Everyday is Ashura! Every Land is Kerbala!

Imam Amir-ul-Mu'mineen Ali (as) said: "The tears do not dry up save for the hearts being hard, and hearts do not harden but because of the abundance of sins."
Imam Ridha (A.S.) said:One who refrains from seeking his (worldly) desires on the day of Ashura, Allah shall grant him his desires of this world and the hereafter.

120 Mumineen Quran Recitation Challenge PDF Print E-mail
quran

All 120 mumineen would have now completed their recitation of the entire Holy Quran. We request that you remember the marhumeen of the families of those that have participated in the 120-mumineen Quran recitation with a Surah Fateha. We also thank Allah for helping us on the completion of His Holy Book.

At the end of your recitation, please find here the Dua Khatmul Quran (Dua after the complete recitation of the holy Quran).

This recitation involved the Quran being divided into 120 parts. Each day, mumineen would recite a different part, in their own time, in any language of their preference. Collectively, 120 recitations were completed each day. At the end of the 120 days, each mumin would have recited their own entire Quran.

The niyat for this recitation was for the gift of Imam e Zamana (may God hasten his reappearance)

This recitation started 2 days after Eid e Fitr and ended on the 11th November 2008. Well over 120 mumineen participated from our Jamaat & InshAllah the next recitation will take place around next Ramadhan. Please listen out for announcements and don't miss this great opportunity!
